In 16 years of formal education and time spent practicing as a chiropractor, I’ve never watched a manual adjustment alone fix patient's problem for the long term.
I’m not here to “fix” you.
I'm here to to coach and support you from your "point A" to your goal of feeling healthy, moving well, and getting what you want from life.
I believe human beings are designed to be adaptable, and you have the power to adjust your sail at any moment.

When you have someone by your side, someone who is invested in motivating you and empowering you to reach your goals—whatever they may be—anything is possible.
As a chiropractor, I’m here to guide you in taking a proactive role in your health and happiness.
I do this through providing hands-on therapies, such as chiropractic adjustments and joint mobilizations, soft tissue work, Dolphin Neurostimulation, and neurofunctional acupuncture.
But most importantly, I do it by educating you and helping you become more aware of your body and the way it operates so you can find the answers for yourself.
Often, it’s hard to see the big picture when you’re immersed in the challenges of the day-to-day.
My practice is built upon a vision for achieving long-term results, not short-term remedies.
Building resilience involves looking at the body and mind as a whole, not just addressing the symptoms of pain, stiffness, or functional limitations.
It means understanding how stress impacts your body and mind, and training yourself to adapt and become more resilient to that stress.
This isn’t just about exercise; it’s about the ability to move well for the rest of your life.
